This art is called henna tattoos but is not permanent like true tattoos, this is temporary decoration of skin and removes in few days. Henna is typically applied during special occassions liks weddings, festivals like Diwali and Eid. On these occassions every women tries to have her hands and feet decorate with beautiful mehndi designs but usually it is drawn on the palms and feet.
